Resolve a token address
What a token address on a chain is, and whether this caller may use it as a destination or source. Accepts an ERC-20 address on an EVM chain or an SPL mint on solana. A listed address returns its registry asset; any other token admitted at either end returns its on-chain metadata with listing unlisted, and destination and source say which ends this caller may use it at. Public, partner-aware, rate limited like estimate, and stores nothing.
